Laura intends to connect, inspire and challenge your audience. She reaches this goal with her presentation titled “ANY ROAD”, where she shares personal life experiences, racing and riding stories, and genuine encouragement.

Recently named Cycle Source Magazine’s 2008 Motorcycling Woman of the Year, Laura is listed as “a true enthusiast, a real person with a great sense of self and purpose”. Laura works alongside her husband Brian building their business and brand name, Klock Werks Kustom Cycles. In 2006, she set a national land speed record in a bike they built for the Discovery Channel Biker Build-off, making her the pilot of the World’s Fastest Bagger. Each year she has returned to the Bonneville Salt Flats and improved her own record, racing the second year with her eldest daughter, Erika, who at just 16 years old at the time set her own land speed record. Her younger daughter Karlee joined them in 2008, and at 14 years old became the youngest to ever set a record on the salt. Laura, Erika and Karlee are now the first mother-daughter-daughter trio in the history of land speed racing to hold records at the same time. But more important than that is Laura instills values in her girls through riding and racing that they will use throughout their lives. These ladies overcame obstacles and adversity to get where they are today, and Laura shares their personal story to truly connect and inspire.
